Changing your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the items back within a further 14 days. We’ll refund you within 14 days of getting them back.
Returning your whole order
If you return everything, we refund the full amount you paid, including any delivery charge.
Returning part of an order that had free delivery
Free delivery applies when the items you keep come to £25 or more. If you return some items and the ones you keep come to less than £25, we’ll take the standard £4.50 delivery charge off your refund.
For example, if you spent £30, got free delivery and return a £10 item, the items you keep come to £20. Your refund would be £5.50 (£10 minus £4.50).
Items we can’t take back

Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within [X] days with a photo and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
