MINGALA

Scents for a higher state

Nothing reaches this shop until we have lived with it ourselves.

Every incense, oil, candle and diffuser we sell has been used in our own home first. If it doesn’t burn well, carry its scent or feel worth the price, it doesn’t make the cut.

That means a smaller shop, and one where each product has earned its place.

Personally tried. Thoughtfully chosen.

Better together

Pairings we reach for at home.

  • Incense and a holder

A holder catches the ash, so incense can live on a shelf instead of in a drawer.

    Incense and Accessories

  • A candle and a diffuser

A diffuser for the daytime and a candle for the evening, in the same room.

    Candles and Reed diffusers

  • Oils and a burner

Oils let you set exactly how strong a room should smell. A burner makes it easy.

Mingala is the Burmese word for blessing, the same word that opens every greeting: mingalaba.

Bring intention to the everyday.

We named the shop after it because that is what a good scent does: it marks a moment and makes an ordinary room feel cared for. Light something, sit for a minute, and let the day change shape.
